Define your route

Choose the route you'll be traveling on a specific date, indicating your availability to deliver or pick up items along the way.

Connect with a sender/ requester

Connect with a sender or requester who needs to send or request something along your route. Discuss the details, such as product specifics, pickup and delivery locations, value, and the delivery charges you're offering.

Confirm the deal

Reach a fair agreement with the sender or requester regarding the price and delivery date. Once the deal is confirmed, the agreed-upon amount will be securely held in the app.

Order pick up

Pick up the specified order as agreed upon. Take photos to confirm the pickup, and an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the delivery seeker to ensure the correct product has been collected.

Deliver

Safely and efficiently deliver the parcel to the intended recipient. Once the product is delivered, an OTP will be sent to the recipient to verify the successful delivery.

Get paid

Celebrate! You just got paid!. Upon OTP confirmation from the recipient, Hetwork will promptly transfer the agreed-upon payment to you.
