The Company/Traveller reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the carrier service or alter the stopping place or to deviate from the route of journey or to change the type of select carrier in use without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the Passenger/s or any other person on any ground whatsoever.
You may request to cancel a Booking in event no Traveller has accepted to follow-through with the Booking. . If cancelled post acceptance of such Booking by the Traveller, any money owed at the time of cancellation, i.e. the remainder payments if you purchased Services through instalment payments, will become due immediately including without limitation any costs borne by the Traveller to purchase any goods for and on behalf of the Sender/Requestor. Refunds on payments made against Bookings will be at the discretion of Company and/or Traveller and may be refundable subject to the sole discretion of the Traveller.
In the event that you notify us that you wish to postpone the Services or the booking/slot prior to the time of commencement of the same, we request you to please contact the Customer Care for more help. Customer Care will check with the traveller if the traveller has started his journey to the destination (to receive the consignment) or purchased the item as requested in such cases the Fee will not be refundable.
In exceptional circumstances Traveller may need to rearrange a booking/slot; in these circumstances Company will use reasonable endeavours to provide a mutually satisfactory alternative booking/slot.
In the event that you notify us that you wish to postpone the Services or the booking/slot, you acknowledge and agree that we cannot guarantee to reschedule the same for your preferred date and time.
In event of cancellation of a scheduled carriage due to any change in airport/departure timings, technical snag, unfavourable weather conditions, Force Majeure event or otherwise, the Company shall not be held liable to compensate for any loss or damage. However, the Sender/Requestor will be refunded the entire amount for such untoward cancelation not in control of the Company and/or Traveller. Otherwise, the Company will on a best effort basis attempt to make arrangements for the Traveller to complete the Booking.
The Traveller must provide final approval for accepting to undertake the carriage services for the package. In event if the Traveller has valid reason to claim that the package is inconsistent with the details provided by the Sender/Requestor, the Sender/Requestor will be liable to pay the Traveller for such misrepresentation and the Traveller has the right to refuse to carry such package.
If a replacement carrier if not available/found within 12 hours of a booking being declined, both parties will be released from their obligations under these Terms of Use, specifically, any liability under the "Cancellation Policy" section.
In exceptional circumstances, such as inappropriate behaviour, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Company can decide to terminate the Services early or refuse or Travellers may unable to provide further Services. In such a circumstance you will be given reasonable notice of termination by Company or Traveller where practicable, and may be refunded any advance payments made for bookings/slots not yet provided for by the Company, such refund being at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company/Charter Operator reserves the right to treat no-responses as last-minute cancellations, whereby you will be charged the full cost of the booking. A 'no-response’ is defined as You not delivering the package to the Traveller within before the scheduled departure time of the Traveller.
If Travellers are not available and/or if Traveller misses a scheduled booking due to the Travellers own fault, the Traveller may reschedule the booking/slot with Passenger/s. However, the Company shall not be held liable for any default arising due to such cancelation including without limitation loss, damage, deterioration in any manner whatsoever.
